The industry awards for excellence are exciting because they areexpertsawarded by a panel of judges who are industry as a matter of fact . A group of construction and real estate professionals from across Colorado visit each home and judge them based on categories related to outdoor living features, the home’s floor strategy, the architectural exterior, and interior decorating.
The People’s Choice Awards are especially exciting for us because these are awarded not by industry experts, but by the thousands of people who attend the parade of homes and choose their favorite in each price category.
